Hollens farm cottage has been
successfully let now for over ten years and is booked up very quickly
every year. If you are looking for a holiday home full of character in
a quiet location within a short walk of Grasmere village we feel sure
you will be delighted with Hollens Farm Cottage.
The property dates from the
early 19th century When it was the dairyman's cottage, the farm ran a
Jersey herd and supplied creamy milk to Grasmere. It was thought
originally to have been a pub standing amid a small cluster of old farm
buildings which have been variously adapted over the years into several
homes.

Hollens Farm
Cottage has been lovingly restored by its local owners Andy and
Chrissy Hill where they lived for many happy years after they converted
it. Sadly dogs, cats and children in that order finally meant they had
to move and finding it hard to sell the cottage they decided to let it
so that many could relax in it's warm and homely traditional
atmosphere.
